Each system is custom designed to fit any aircraft, regardless of size or design.
Rails covering the horizontal stabilizer, wings and fuselage can be straight or curved, as needed.
Multiple spans can be installed side-by-side to allow for additional workers, or material handling.
System design is custom fitted to the existing building design.
Our fall protection systems are custom-engineered to fit into, and around, the existing structure’s features, without any compromise of function. Previously installed heaters, condensation pipes, ductwork and sprinkler systems are left fully functional, and in place. This minimizes operational disruption, secondary repositioning and installation time.
Any of our Trolley Rail Fall Protection Systems can be expanded for future use.
Additional Fall Protection can be added at any time, either by installation of new systems, or extension of an existing system.
Draft copy of revision 2 of AFOSH 91-501, 13.2.2 states:
Aircraft flightline operations. Aircraft operations in hangers shall meet the standards in Paragraph 13.2.1., which requires fall protection whenever workers can fall four (4) feet or more. Aircraft work outside hangars shall be accomplished IAW Chapter 24, Aircraft Flightline – Ground Operations and Activities.
